Most olive oil on Danish supermarket shelves is a blend. Sourced from multiple countries, processed to meet minimum legal standards, sitting in warehouses for months before it reaches your kitchen. It passes the legal test for “Extra Virgin.” But that’s all it does.

This is different.

Our olive oil is harvested early in the season — when the olives are still green and at their highest nutritional peak. This is what gives it a robust, peppery finish and significantly higher polyphenol content compared to standard olive oil. Polyphenols are the powerful antioxidants that make real Extra Virgin Olive Oil one of the most beneficial foods you can eat.

Every olive is hand-picked on a single family-owned farm on a hillside in Calabria, Southern Italy, at 400-700 meters altitude. The olives are pressed within 24 hours of picking — because like any fruit, decay begins the moment it leaves the tree. No shortcuts.

Cold pressed using a stone grinding mill at a maximum of 27°C. Zero chemicals. Not on the farmland, not on the olives, not during extraction.

And because there are no middlemen between the farm and your door, you get the real thing — at a price that reflects that.

0.3% acidity. The legal maximum for Extra Virgin is 0.8%. Ours is less than half that.
