At 350 kr per liter, this is the most cost-effective way to make sure you never run out of the real thing — and never have to reach for something lesser because you forgot to reorder.

The oil: single-source, hand-picked on one family farm on a hillside in Calabria, Southern Italy, at 400-700 meters altitude. Harvested early in the season when the olives are still green and polyphenol levels are at their peak — giving it a robust, peppery character and significantly higher antioxidant content than standard olive oil. Pressed within 24 hours of picking. Stone ground. Cold pressed at a maximum of 27°C. Zero chemicals at any stage.

0.3% acidity. The legal maximum for Extra Virgin is 0.8%. Ours is less than half that.
