This is our Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil — the same single-source, cold-pressed oil from our family farm in Calabria — presented in a hand-made terracotta bottle crafted by a traditional pottery workshop in Puglia, Italy.

The bottle is not decoration. Terracotta is one of the oldest and best storage materials for olive oil — completely opaque, blocking all light, and a natural temperature insulator that keeps the oil at a steady, ideal temperature for longer. Your oil stays fresher, longer.

It’s also refillable. And to make that easy, every bottle comes with our own custom-made ceramic refill funnel — glazed by hand in either white, sage green or yellow. The specific colour is a surprise, but whichever you receive, it’s made to sit on your counter alongside the bottle. A small detail that makes the whole thing feel complete.
